Machine Feature

1. Cylinder external longitudinal seam welding uses a gantry frame walking system, with the workpiece fixed for welding. The gantry frame speed is adjusted via servo stepless speed regulation, allowing for flexible welding speed control.
2. Adjustable rotator with screw adjustment allows manual setting of roller distance according to welding requirements, ensuring the longitudinal weld remains in the horizontal position as much as possible.
3. Each welding head is equipped with a 2D mechanical tracking mechanism, reducing frequent adjustments caused by cylinder placement errors.

Machine Feature

Rotator drives the workpiece walking, while the welding equipment is fixed. The rotator walking speed is controlled via frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, meeting the requirements for welding speed adjustment.
Adjustable rotator using screw adjust, the distance between rollers is manually adjustable based on welding needs, keeping the longitudinal weld in the horizontal position as far as possible.
The welding heads are each equipped with 2D mechanical tracking mechanisms, minimizing the need for frequent adjustments due to cylinder placement errors.
Welding heads are equipped with TV surveillance cameras for convenient observation.
The welding rotator's start/stop and the welding power supply have linked control functionality.

3. Poles Hydraulic Straightening Machine Application

1) It consists of the HX1600 steel pipe seaming machine (host), a conveying roller feeding channel, a hydraulic station, and an electrical control cabinet.
2) The HK160 steel pipe seaming machine has a maximum working length of 12000mm. The HX1600 steel pipe seaming machine (host) has an effective width of 1600mm, height of 1680mm, and a center height adjustable between 780mm and 1450mm. For steel tubes less than 920mm, a master cylinder pressure head lengthen rod should be used to complete the task.

Service

Warranty: 12 months from the date of Bill of Lading.
The Seller shall bear responsibility for the entire machinery normally working during 12 months from the date of Bill of Lading. During warranty period, if there are damages and disorders of equipment due to machine quality, the Seller shall be responsible for replacement of the defective parts with new parts. The warranty shall also include performance functions as defined in the offer. In the case that there is any defect, the Buyer shall inform the Seller in writing and provide photos of the broken parts. The Seller will assist and deal with such damages within 15 days from receipt of the Buyer's above information.
The Seller does not guarantee the spare parts which are easily worn out or damaged. The Seller deems it his responsibility to furnish the Buyer these spare parts at reasonable or agreed prices.
The Seller does not guarantee equipment in case of faults caused by operators' improper operation or electric source's breakdown.
 
Service Condition:
1) When Sellers send engineer to Buyer's place for Installation, Commissioning and training for the machine in this contract in Buyer's place, Buyer shall undertake all the relative fees like, all tickets, accommodation for Seller's engineers.
2) Seller shall, within one week of receiving the above information, provide the required and qualified personnel to undertake supervision of installation, commissioning and training.
2) If the Buyer needs after-sales service from Seller, then Buyer shall undertake all the relative fees, like Round Tickets, Accommodation, Internal and international transportation, Labour cost of engineers, etc.
3) When the Seller's engineer carries out the services in Buyer's place, Buyer shall arrange a Translator that can speak Chinese for the Seller's engineer.
