Machine Features

1. Cylinder external longitudinal seam welding uses a gantry frame that moves, with the workpiece fixed during welding. The gantry frame speed is adjusted via servo stepless speed regulation, allowing for precise welding speed control.
2. Adjustable rotator with manual screw adjustment, enabling precise positioning of the rollers according to welding requirements, ensuring the longitudinal weld remains as horizontal as possible.
3. Each welding head is equipped with a 2D mechanical tracking system, reducing the need for frequent adjustments due to cylinder placement errors.

2. Application: Thickness 5-20mm; Length 12000mm; Diameter φ530-2500mm; Material: Carbon steel
3. Work piece state: Surface smooth, butt gap 1-2mm

Machine Features

Rotator drives the workpiece movement, while the welding equipment remains fixed. The rotator's walking speed is controlled by frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, meeting the requirements for welding speed adjustment.
Adjustable rotator using screw adjust, the distance between rollers is manually adjustable based on welding requirements, keeping the longitudinal weld in the horizontal position as much as possible.
Each welding head is equipped with a 2D mechanical tracking mechanism, minimizing the need for frequent adjustments caused by cylinder placement errors.
The welding head is equipped with TV surveillance cameras, making it convenient for observation.
The welding rotator’s start/stop and the welding power supply have linkage control.

3. Poles Hydraulic Straightening Machine Application

1) It mainly consists of the HX1600 steel pipe seaming machine (host), a conveying roller feeding channel, a hydraulic station, and an electrical control cabinet.
2) The HK160 steel pipe seaming machine has a maximum working length of 12000mm, the HX1600 steel pipe seaming machine (host) has an effective width of 1600mm, height of 1680mm, and a center height adjustable between 780mm and 1450mm; for steel tubes less than 920mm, a master cylinder pressure head lengthen rod should be used to complete the job.

Service

Warranty: 12 months from the date of Bill of Lading.
The Seller shall bear responsibility for the entire machinery normally functioning during 12 months from the date of Bill of Lading. During the warranty period, if the equipment suffers damage or malfunction due to machine quality, the Seller shall be responsible for replacing the defective parts with new ones. The warranty also includes performance functions as defined in the offer. In case of any defect, the Buyer shall inform the Seller in writing along with photos of the broken parts. The Seller will assist and resolve such issues within 15 days of receiving the Buyer's information.
The Seller does not guarantee spare parts that are easily worn out or damaged. The Seller deems it his responsibility to provide these spare parts at reasonable or agreed prices.
The Seller does not guarantee the equipment if faults are caused by improper operation by the operator or a power source breakdown.
 
Service Conditions:
1) When the Seller sends engineers to the Buyer's location for installation, commissioning, and training, the Buyer shall cover all related expenses including tickets, accommodation for the Seller's engineers.
2) The Seller shall provide the required and qualified personnel to supervise installation, commissioning, and training within one week of receiving the above information.
2) If the Buyer needs after-sales service from the Seller, the Buyer shall cover all related costs, including round-trip tickets, accommodation, internal and international transportation, and labor costs for the engineers.
3) When the Seller's engineer performs services at the Buyer's site, the Buyer shall arrange a translator who can speak Chinese for the Seller's engineer.
