So, you’ve finally received the box containing your brand-new Delfast Top 3.0 electric bike. Congratulations! The wait was certainly worth it, wasn’t it? After months of anticipation, your dream e-bike is finally here. Can you believe it? It’s sitting right there inside that large box!

I’m guessing you’re probably itching to get started with your premium electric bike. That’s completely understandable. Trust me, you’ll absolutely love it. Not only will you enjoy the ride, but your friends and family will also be impressed by this incredible piece of engineering.

However, before you hit the road or even the trails, there’s some minor assembly required. Don’t worry; it’s really straightforward. Here’s a quick rundown of the steps:

• Take the bike and all the parts out of the box.
• Install the battery (it’s heavier than you might think).
• Check and adjust the tire pressure.
• Mount the front wheel.
• Attach the front light and mirrors.

Pull the Bicycle and Parts from the Shipping Package

Open the box carefully and take out everything inside, including all the smaller boxes and the bicycle itself. Ensure you don’t miss anything.

Install the Battery

Using a screwdriver, remove the lid on the left side of the e-bike and take out the metal plate covering the battery cavity. Place the battery beside the bike and connect the cables as shown in the manual. Carefully slide the battery into its compartment—be careful, it’s quite heavy.

Before your first ride, make sure to fully charge the battery using the official Delfast charger. Using any other charger could damage the battery permanently. Once the battery is securely in place, replace the metal plate and the lid.

Ensure the Tires Are Inflated to the Correct Operating Pressure

Check the tire pressure using a barometer. Refer to the manual to confirm the recommended operating pressure.

Put on the Front Wheel

Loosen the screws of the clamps and the nuts holding the axle in place. Slide the axle halfway so the wheel can fit easily. Pass the axle through the wheel hub and secure both ends with the clamp screws. Finally, tighten the axle nuts.

Install the Front Light

Next, remove the front light from its packaging and attach it to the front part of the bike. Use the two small screws to secure it to the frame.

Install the Front Mirrors

Once the front light is set up, it’s time to install the mirrors. Take them out of their packaging and screw them onto their designated spots on either side of the handlebars. It’s an easy task—just ensure they’re tightened properly.

Final Adjustments and Your First Ride

Adjust the seat height to your comfort level and apply the decals to the battery lid. Your electric bike is now ready to roll. Power it on and take it for a spin—you’re officially ready to enjoy the thrill of riding your new Delfast Top 3.0!
