Fire in Joliet 7-17-12

A fire broke out on the far west side of Joliet at 6901 Grantham Drive. The incident involved a detached garage that caught fire and caused damage to the adjacent house. Fire crews successfully knocked down the flames using three hand lines. Joliet Engine 10 was the first unit on scene, followed by Engine 9, Engine 8, Truck 9, Ambulance 9, Ambulance 10, and Battalion Chief 2.
