On September 13, 2017, Hantai Tire , the largest tire manufacturer from South Korea, demonstrated its 360-degree rotating "Ball Pin" tire at the IAA just held this year (literally, literally means: roll up, tire). The Hankook logo is the third project of the "New Generation Driving Laboratory". Hankook Tire aims to use the most advanced technology to provide a future driving experience. The project began in 2013 and continues to highlight the company’s long-term commitment to future and forward-looking innovation.

"Roll up" is a unique future-oriented tire that can move within a 360-degree circle, which means that right-angle turns and zig-zag driving are possible.

To help “roll up” its full potential for future technology, Hankook Tire has installed advanced gyroscopes and three omni-directional-aware rolling systems for vehicles. Gyroscopes and gyro sensors measure and detect the three-dimensional angle on the vehicle to maintain a perfect balance between the body and the tire. In addition, the precise control of the three-channel system enables the driver to drive with flexibility at any speed.

The new generation of driving laboratory activities initiated by Hankook was launched in 2013. The South Korean tire digital creative vehicle was unveiled on the streets of Seoul, South Korea. The next venture in this project is a telepathic tire. The miraculous feature of this tire is that it can respond to brain waves and command the tires. In simple terms, the tires can read your brain.

Say! Whether you were hit by a super tire from Hankook or not, you were shocked or scared. But what would be the world of such tyres? Let’s go!

PP Spunbond Spinneret

A spinneret is a device used to extrude a polymer solution or polymer melt to form fibers.
[1] Streams of viscous polymer exit via the spinneret into air or liquid leading to a phase inversion which allows the polymer to solidify. The individual polymer chains tend to align in the fiber because of viscous flow.
[2] This airstream liquid-to-fiber formation process is similar to the production process for cotton candy. The fiber production process is generally referred to as "spinning". Depending on the type of spinneret used, either solid or hollow fibers can be formed.[1] Spinnerets are also used for electrospinning and electrospraying applications. They are sometimes called coaxial needles, or coaxial emitters.
