This beauty rolled into town yesterday (Friday), and after outfitting it with all the necessary equipment and completing the training for our team, we’re optimistic about having it fully operational by mid-October. This state-of-the-art vehicle didn’t come cheap—it set us back $840,000. Kevin Lueder from Fire Apparatus & Supply Team helped us secure this fantastic piece of machinery. The ladder truck sits on a robust Spartan Sirius chassis, which makes it incredibly sturdy and reliable. It’s equipped with a powerful 2,000-GPM pump, carries 300 gallons of water, and boasts a towering 100-foot ladder. That kind of firepower will definitely give us an edge when tackling emergencies. As you can see from the photos below, the design is sleek yet practical. The officer’s side view shows off its impressive specs, including that massive pump and water capacity.
