1 Scope

This regulation stipulates the safe operation content and requirements of the extraction and electrowinning positions.

This procedure is applicable to the extraction and electro-hydration work of wet smelting workshops.

(1) Boot method

1. Before starting the machine, first check whether the solution in the extraction raw liquid pool, residual liquid pool, back extraction liquid pool, electrolyte pool, etc. is normal, observe whether the organic phase in the organic circulation tank is sufficient, and check whether the valve, pipeline and instrument of the whole system are normal. Whether the seal is intact and whether the valve switches are in the normal position. Check the rectifier and other equipment, and confirm that it is ready to start.

2. Start the back extraction, extract the mixer, and start the organic circulation pump.

a) After the stripping mixing chamber reaches the organic phase, the reverse extraction liquid supply pump, the extraction raw liquid supply pump, and the electrolytic liquid supply pump are started.

b) Stop the first-stage extraction mixer for one minute and then turn it on again to make the water phase continuous in the mixing chamber.

3. If the copper concentration of the electrolyte has reached the electromagnetism requirement, turn on the electrowinning system; adjust the liquid level of each electrolyzer before power-on. After the liquid level of the electrolyzer is normal, slowly turn on the silicon rectifier until the current and voltage are adjusted. value.

(2) Parking sequence

During normal shutdown, the parking sequence is: first stop the silicon rectifier, stop the raw liquid supply pump and the liquid supply pump → organic washing liquid supply pump → stripping, electrolytic liquid supply pump → organic phase liquid supply pump → washing and stirring motor → anti Extraction stirring motor → extraction stirring motor.

(3) Operational inspection

1. Check if there is any liquid reflux in the return pipe of each pump outlet.

2. Check that the organic circulation tank discharge pipe has no water phase to flow out, if any, the water phase must be discharged.

3. Check whether the first-stage extraction mixing chamber keeps the water phase continuous, and whether the stripping mixing chamber keeps the organic phase continuous.

4. Check whether the continuous sampling at the exit of the stripping, raffinate, and electrolyte is normal, and sample 150ml per shift.

5. Check if the organic phase height of each tank is normal.

6. Check whether the flow rate of the extract liquid, the flow of the stripping solution, the flow rate of the organic phase, and the flow rate of the electrolyte are normal.

7, each class should be touched by hand to check whether the conductive rod is hot, whether the pole is short-circuited, and the short circuit should be dealt with in time.

8. Check if the cooling water flow is normal and whether the silicon rectification operation is stable.

9. Check whether the electrolyte supply pump is running normally, whether the liquid level of the electrolyte circulation tank is normal, and whether the electrolyte flow rate is normal.

10. Check whether the equipment is in normal operation, if there is abnormality and timely shutdown, and make a record, the problem that cannot be solved will be reported to the relevant leaders in time.

(four) matters needing attention

1. When contacting the acid solution in the class, you must wear the labor protection products. Wash your hands with water after the operation. Do not smoke or eat food in the workshop.

2, in strict accordance smelting plant safety management system to add, use, storage of sulfuric acid, coal oil, extraction agent hazardous chemicals.

3. When parking or power failure, remember to close the outlet valve and return valve of each pump to avoid running, running, dripping and leaking of the solution.

4. Each class must check whether the gearboxes such as reducer, slurry pump and submerged pump have overheating and other abnormal conditions. If abnormal conditions are found, they should be dealt with in time or notified to the maintenance personnel, and records should be made.

5. If there is a fire, first wear a respirator, use a fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire, and immediately send an alarm to inform other people to jointly extinguish the fire, and start the emergency plan according to the fire situation.
