According to statistics from the China Medicare Association, in 2007 China's VC exports were nearly 70,000 tons, and the export value reached 330 million U.S. dollars, and export prices rose by an average of 40%.
Among them, the United States is the main country for China's VC export, and also the country with the largest number and amount of exports. According to statistics from the Medicare Chamber of Commerce, developed countries such as Europe and North America are their major consumer markets, accounting for about 70% of the global vitamin C market share.
