This is a follow-up from Steve Redick regarding the 5-11 alarm fire in Chicago that took place at 1520 S. Indiana in 1974.

He mentioned that an old-time fan named Chuck Bleck, who was working in the insurance industry at the time, created a detailed diagram of the fire. Chuck was kind enough to share it with him. In addition, he also provided a copy of the report from *Turnout* magazine, as well as some other historical CFD (Chicago Fire Department) materials.
