1. Overview This is China's Yunnan Tin Industry Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as mechanical Yunnan Tin, former Yunnan Tin Machinery Plant) improved on the original Soviet-CC-2 type shaker, so called YTC shaker Its structure is shown in Figure 1. It uses a cam-lever bed head, and some use a simplified cam rocker head. The frame of the shaker is relatively simple, and the bed surface is supported by sliding support. The shape and size of the Yunxi bed is basically the same as that of the 6-S shaker, except that the bed has several slopes in the longitudinal direction. The bed surface is made of lacquer, ash ash (mixture of raw lacquer and wrought gypsum ), glass reinforced plastic or polyurethane as wear layer, and there are three kinds of coarse sand bed, fine sand bed and mineral mud bed. Usually, the coarse sand bed is covered with a trapezoidal shape, the fine sand bed is covered with a zigzag shape, and the bed surface of the slime is a triangular groove.
The advantages of Yunxi type shaker are: flat bed surface, good anti-abrasion, durable, not easy to deform, easy to repair locally; the asymmetry of bed movement is large, and there is a wide range of differential adjustment to adapt Different feed size and sorting requirements; bed head mechanism is reliable, less wearable parts, and no oil leakage. The disadvantage is that the spring is installed under the bed surface, it is inconvenient to overhaul and adjust the stroke (the spring needs to be relaxed first when adjusting the stroke); the lateral slope of the bed surface can be adjusted to a small range (0°~5°); when the cross slope and stroke are adjusted When it is too large, the bed surface will be vibrated due to the excessive separation of the axis of the bed tie rod from the axis of the bed center of gravity.
2. Product example The cloud-tin shaker is suitable for use in the treatment of fine-grain grades, especially slime, when the lateral slope is small. It is one of the most widely used shakers in China (Table 1).
(1) Yunxi Machinery. The company's Yunxi shaker consists of a lacquered bed surface, a shaker head, a sliding support, a spring seat and a grade adjustment mechanism, and a feed and a water supply tank.
The shaker has the characteristics of good motion curve, smooth and smooth bed surface, smoothness, wear resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, moisture resistance, deformation, smooth operation, simple operation adjustment, obvious mineral banding and high beneficiation rate. Widely used tin, tungsten, lead, bismuth, titanium, manganese, tantalum, niobium, gold, ferrous metals, ferrous, rare earth minerals reselection, selected particle size 2 ~ 0.019mm. It sells well in domestic 7,000 surplus stations and exports to Brazil, Japan, South Korea and other countries.
(2) Shicheng mining machine. The Yunxi shaker produced by the plant uses YS-type FRP bed surface, and the bed structure and working surface material are the same as the 6-S shaker surface, and the advantages are the same. The technical performance of the shaker is shown in Table 2. The outer dimensions of the YS-type FRP bed are shown in Figure 2. The base size of the shaker installation and its AA section are shown in Figures 3 and 4, respectively.
The manufacturers of Yunxi Shaker also have Ningde Plant, Long Mine and Ninghua Mining Machinery. Their technical performance, shape and installation size are similar to those of stone mine.
