1 there is a problem

A company built in 2006 from three granite water film dust collector, each with a flue gas treatment capacity of 3000m / h, water supply using precipitator overflow precipitator water, sedimentation tank precipitation, the pump to the precipitator The upper part of the water supply pipe, from the outside to the inside, the water from the outer tank flows by gravity to the inner tank, and then form a water film on the inner wall of the precipitator from top to bottom, the dust in the flue gas rushed to the bottom of the overflow port to achieve the purpose of dust.

After the cyclone water is circulated for a period of time, the concentration of the powder in the sedimentation tank is as high as impossible to be precipitated, and the circulating water delivered by the water pump becomes a mixed fluid of water and powder. As a result, Pipeline wear and tear accelerated, the overflow within the filter slot 8 ~ 10mm gap space. Due to the water inlet is "S" type, the water tank clogged, whether from outside or inside the water film precipitator can not clear. After the inner wall of the precipitator water film is destroyed, resulting in lower efficiency of dust removal, serious chimney and black smoke began to smoke, the dust catcher can not play the role. And because of lack of water, the dust inside the tower can not be completely washed out of the water, dust deposition in the dust tower up to 2m high. The overflow at the bottom of the precipitator is often clogged, seriously affecting the normal operation of the water film precipitator.

2 reason analysis

2.1 to solve the problem of higher circulating water turbidity, there are three ways: First, to build a sedimentation tank (already 70mm), to improve the precipitation efficiency, this approach takes a long time and takes time. The second is the direct use of tap water to do membrane filter water supply, you can overcome the blockage of the tank failure, but increased operating costs, tap water 1.5 yuan / t, hourly consumption of 30 tons, only 45 yuan water fee per hour, not In line with the principle of energy conservation. Third, the dust from the top into the sink 4.5m height of the stone removed after the re-production, the cost of about 2 million, can not fundamentally solve the plugging failure.

2.2 After repeated comparison, it is considered appropriate to adopt the following measures to close the outer tank, open two 100mm holes in the upper part of the water film filter tank, and introduce two pipes of Dg50 from the inside of the dust collector tower to supply water, abolish the original water ring Water supply.

3 transformation program

Now the way the precipitator water, pipe installation into the dust tower should not be too long to all the nozzles into the appropriate, both to prevent the dust in the diameter of the tower fog angle, but also reduce the erosion of pipe dust on the wear and tear.

4 test results

In February 2012, Liaozhong Environmental Monitoring Station tested the improved water film precipitator. Test results show that the dedusting efficiency of 95% or more, to achieve the design of precipitator. Dust flue gas moisture content of less than 10%, in line with national standards.

5 effect

(1) After the water supply mode of the membrane dust collector is improved, the defects of easy plugging of the original water supply mode are avoided and the reliability of the equipment operation is improved;

(3) water film precipitator water supply changes, the recycling of dust can be recycled water, saving a lot of tap water. Annual water consumption: G = 1500 × 30 = 45000t save money: M = 45000 × 1.5 = 67500 yuan.
