Recently, the FYJB220-40 multi-purpose walking pile frame developed by Fangyuan Group Building Materials Machinery Co., Ltd. was unveiled at the 2016 Technical Seminar of Fangyuan Group on December 26, 2016, and was highly praised by the guests.
FYJB220-40 multi-purpose walking pile frame is the latest large-scale pile foundation construction equipment independently researched and developed by Fangyuan Group. The total height of the pile frame is 46.7 meters, which can meet the pile construction with a pile depth of 40 meters, suspend the high-torque power head, meet the construction of large-scale drill-drilling pile with a diameter of 1.2 meters, and also suspend the SPR series underground continuous wall drilling rig for deep-mixing cement. The construction of soil anti-seepage wall is also the ideal machine for the construction of reinforced concrete underground continuous wall. It can also meet the construction requirements of various types of diesel engine, vibrating hammer and other working devices according to user requirements. It is the largest specification model pile of this type in China.
The main features of the pile driver are:
1. The column adopts three-point support mode. According to the different requirements of the construction method, the column can be finely adjusted before and after the cylinder, and the pile position is accurate and quick, effectively improving the construction efficiency;
2. The diagonal bracing is adjusted by hydraulic cylinder, which is convenient, safe and reliable.
3. The main winch adopts frequency conversion control, which is safer, more stable and more reliable;
4. The control system adds safety control functions such as verticality display, pile frame level display, pull pile force display, piling depth display, current voltage display, extended wind speed display, and real-time recording of pile machine construction parameters;
5. Double oil pump hydraulic oil supply system, energy saving, safe and reliable;
6. Two lengthened and widened shoes are combined with the central revolving structure. The span reaches 8.7 meters, the center of the machine is reduced, the rotary shift is flexible, the operation stability is good, and the construction efficiency is high;
7. The shoes can be installed horizontally or vertically. According to different pile types and construction methods, it can meet the requirements of multi-axis underground continuous wall construction, long spiral bored pile construction, screw thread pile construction and diesel hammer precast pile construction. Really realize "multiple use of one machine".
