The JLF series copper granulator is designed for recycling various types of waste cables such as household communication cables, car cables, motor cables, and industrial cables. This machine efficiently separates copper from plastic using a crushing and separation system, along with an advanced dust collection mechanism to ensure clean copper and plastic pellets.
Cable Wire Recycling Machine Features:
The JLF-400 model (capacity: 200-250kg/h) is ideal for medium-sized factories. It operates in a closed structure to minimize pollution and noise. Crushed copper wires pass through a high-pressure fan, where dust is cleaned, and finally, a vibrating separator extracts clear copper and plastic pellets from different exits.

Cable Wire Recycling Machine Working Principle:Â
1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed and completely separated into copper and plastic. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the riddle—larger mesh sizes result in longer pieces and higher output. Choose the mesh size based on the type of material being processed.
2. The crushed mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is conveyed to the separator by a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic particles (such as fiber, rope, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by a pressure-reducing blower. The blower’s opening is connected to a dust collector that uses a dust collection bag to prevent environmental pollution. Dust and some light plastic particles are collected in the bag and discharged when full.
3. The separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity, there is a deviation under the influence of aerodynamic and vibration friction. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the riddle and move upward, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move above the copper granules and downward. Both materials are eventually discharged through separate outlets.
4. All units are installed on a base to form a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted and ready for production before shipping, so the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply.
Cable Wire Recycling Machine Detail Instruction:Â
1. Shredding System: Shredding is the first step in the recycling process. The crusher contains 14 moving blades that cut scrap copper wires into small pellets of 5-8mm in size (depending on the raw material).
2. Separating System: A high-pressure fan sends the crushed copper and plastic pellets into the vibrating separator. The system includes a screen that separates copper and plastic pellets into different outlets.
3. Copper Pellet Outlet: The separated copper pellets exit through this outlet.
4. Plastic Pellet Outlet: The separated plastic pellets exit through this outlet.
5. Dust Collector: The machine features a combined dust collection system.
6. Electric Control Box: An automatic control system is typically included, but custom systems can also be provided.

The main spare parts for the copper wire recycling machine are the screen and moving blades. For the JLF-400 model, we usually provide an extra set of spare parts including one screen and twelve blades. We also recommend appropriate related machines based on the raw material to achieve optimal recycling results.

1. Cable Stripper: If dealing with large multi-strand copper wires, it's better to separate the cores before feeding them into the granulator.
2. Double Shaft Crusher: If the raw material is long, cutting it into smaller pieces before granulating will improve efficiency.

4. Magnetic Conveyor: If there is a small amount of iron mixed in the copper wire, a magnetic conveyor can be added to remove impurities for higher purity.
