Cable Wire Recycling Machine Introduction: 
The JLF series copper granulator is designed for the efficient recycling of waste communication cables, car cables, motor cables, and other industrial cables. This machine integrates crushing and separation processes, along with a high-efficiency dust collection system, to produce clean copper pellets and plastic pellets.

Cable Wire Recycling Machine Features:
The JLF-400 model (capacity: 200-250kg/h) is ideal for mid-sized factories. It completes the entire recycling process in a closed structure, preventing pollution and noise. Crushed copper wires pass through a high-pressure fan, where internal dust is cleaned, and finally, a vibrating separator extracts clear copper and plastic pellets from different exits.

Cable Wire Recycling Machine Working Principle: 
1. Place wires and cables into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper completely. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh of the sieve; larger mesh results in longer pieces and higher output. Choose the appropriate mesh based on the material type during production.
2. The crushed mixture of copper and plastic is conveyed to the separator by a conveyor. During this process, dust and some light-weight plastic particles (including fiber, rope, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by a pressure-reducing blower. The blower's opening is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust bag to prevent dust discharge, ensuring environmental protection. Dust and some light-weight plastic particles are collected in the bag and discharged when full.
3. The separator separates plastic pieces and copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity, there is a deviation under aerodynamic and vibration friction forces. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the sieve and go from bottom to top, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move above the copper granules and go from top to bottom, eventually being discharged through different outlets.
4. All units are installed on a base to form a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted for production before shipping, so the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply.

Cable Wire Recycling Machine Detail Instruction: 
1. Shredding System: Shredding is the first step in the recycling process. The crusher has 14 moving blades that cut scrap copper wires into small pellets of 5-8mm (depending on the raw material size).
2. Separating System: A high-pressure fan sends the crushed copper and plastic pellets into the vibrating separator. There is a screen inside that separates the copper and plastic pellets into different outlets.
3. Copper Pellet Outlet: Crushed and separated copper pellets exit here.
4. Plastic Pellet Outlet: Crushed and separated plastic pellets exit here.
5. Dust Collector: The machine includes a combined dust collection system.
6. Electric Control Box: We typically provide an automatic control system with the machine. Customization is also available upon request.

Cable Wire Recycling Machine Spare Parts & Related Machines: 
The main spare parts for the copper wire recycling machine are the screen and moving blades. For the JLF-400 model, we usually include one set of spare parts consisting of one screen and twelve blades. We also recommend appropriate related machines based on the raw material to achieve optimal recycling results.
Pre-Treatment Machines:
1. Cable Stripper: If dealing with large multi-strand copper wires, it's better to separate the cores before feeding them into the granulator.
2. Double Shaft Crusher: If the raw material is long, cutting it into smaller pieces before granulation can be helpful.
3. Blade Sharpening Machine: After prolonged use, the blades need sharpening to maintain their efficiency.
4. Magnetic Conveyor: If iron is mixed in the copper wires, a magnetic conveyor can be added to remove the iron impurities, improving the purity of the copper pellets.
5. Belt Conveyor: Provided for customers who require fully automatic copper wire feeding.
