Application: The Z-type incline conveyor is ideal for a wide range of free-flowing products in industries such as food, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and chemicals. It's commonly used for snacks, frozen foods, vegetables, fruits, confectionery, and granular materials.


Features:

1. "Hooked" flights allow a 75-degree angle of feed to save space.



2. The conveyor body can be designed for full wash-down capability, and the integral side flights flex around corners, eliminating the need for side guides during cleaning.

3. All parts are easy to disassemble and install, and the belt material can be changed between PP, PVC, or PU depending on your needs.

4. This machine can operate as a standalone unit or integrate with vibratory feeders and other packaging systems. It can reach up to 6 meters in length, with optional variable speed inverter control available.
