**Technical Information:**
This product is designed for long-term operation and features an adjustable hook in its suspension system, allowing for easy adjustment of installation height. It efficiently removes magnetic tramp iron from thick material beds, coal, hard coke ores, limestones, spalls, corns, and wooden shavings under larger granularities.
**Specifications:**

**Installation Instructions:**
As shown in the image, the separator can be installed at the head or middle of the conveyor belt. Regardless of the installation location, ensure the following:
- The separator is positioned on the top of the conveyor.
- It should be vertically aligned with the conveyor.
- There must be a lifting point on the top of the conveyor. Adjustable lifting chains are available, or you can use a frame to fix the separator above the conveyor.
- This is a manual discharge type, so workers will need to remove the iron parts using a non-magnetic scraper plate.
- Check if you require a non-magnetic roll.
- For manual discharge types, it's also recommended to confirm whether a traveling car is needed with your customer.
