This machine is designed to produce single-wall corrugated pipes made from materials such as PVC, PA, PP, PE, and EVA. (1) The forming machine has a closed structure and can also provide vacuum forming;

(2) The forming die module is made of high-quality alloy steel and moves reciprocally through gear transmission within a fully enclosed forming tunnel;

(3) The forming tunnel is designed with an interlayer or sandwich structure, allowing even and forced cooling of the die module using cooling water;

(4) The forming die strip is made of rigid alloy steel, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant;

There are no connections between the forming die modules, which significantly reduces the time required for changing specifications.
