During the early 1970s, when the original fire station underwent its first major expansion, Ron played a key role in the masonry work and other essential details. In the 2000s, he also contributed significantly to two major masonry repairs at the station, helping the district save both time and money.

Ron’s contributions to the PHFD and the people of Prospect Heights were truly invaluable. His dedication, leadership, and kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
