Brief Introduction:
Based on in-depth research into overseas advanced technologies, our company has developed the 2W.WH-type outboard bearing double suction dual screw multiphase mixed transporting pump and the 2W.W series double screw pump. These products comply with national standard GB11035-89. Through the engagement of driving and driven screws, along with the matching between the screws and the pump body hole, multiple sealing cavities are formed. As the screws rotate, these cavities move forward continuously, pushing the liquid in the cavity towards the outlet and discharging it, thereby achieving the purpose of liquid transportation.
Advantages of Twin-Screw Pump:
- Transports liquid smoothly without disturbance or pulsation, low vibration, and minimal noise.
- Strong self-suction capability, suitable for multiphase transport with gas content up to 80% and solid content up to 500g/m³.
- Outboard bearing structure with independent lubrication, enabling transport of non-lubricated media.
- Uses synchronous gear drive, eliminating direct contact between the two rotors, even during short-term idling.
- The pump body is equipped with a heating jacket, allowing the transport of various clean or viscous liquids containing small solid particles (particle diameter usually less than 0.12–0.2mm).
- With proper material selection, some corrosive media can be transported.
- Double-suction design eliminates axial force on the rotor.
- Shaft ends use mechanical seals or corrugated pipe mechanical seals, offering long life, low leakage, and wide application range.

- Maximum pressure: 4.0 MPa
- Capacity range: 1–1000 m³/h
- Temperature range: -20°C to 200°C
- Viscosity of medium: 1–3000 mm²/s, and can go up to 10ⶠmm²/s at lower speeds.

- Oil field: Used as multiphase mixed transport pumps, crude oil transport pumps, capable of handling oil, gas, water, and tiny solid particles.
- Shipbuilding: Marine loading pumps, ballast pumps, sewage treatment pumps, main machine lubricating pumps, and fuel oil pumps.
