Brief Introduction: Based on extensive research into overseas advanced techniques, our company has developed the 2W.WH-type outboard bearing double suction dual-screw multiphase mixed transporting pump and the 2W.W series double screw pump. Following the national standard GB11035-89, these pumps are designed to transport various media efficiently. The interaction between the driving and driven screws, along with the matching of the screws with the pump body, creates multiple sealed cavities. As the screws rotate, these cavities move forward, pushing the liquid from the inlet to the outlet, thus achieving efficient fluid transportation. Advantages of Twin-Screw Pump: - Transport liquid smoothly without disturbance or pulsation, minimal vibration, and low noise. - Strong self-suction capability, capable of handling up to 80% gas content and 500g/m³ solid particles during multiphase transportation. - Outboard bearing structure with independent lubrication, enabling the transport of non-lubricated media. - Synchronous gear drive ensures no contact between rotors, making short-term idling safe. - The pump body features a heating jacket, allowing it to handle clean or viscous liquids containing small solid particles (particle diameter typically less than 0.12–0.2 mm). - With appropriate material selection, some corrosive media can be transported. - Double-suction design eliminates axial force on the rotor. - Shaft ends use mechanical seals or corrugated pipe mechanical seals, offering long life, minimal leakage, and wide application range.
