**Product Description:**
Youfumi lined check valves are designed to allow forward fluid flow while minimizing reverse flow. They effectively prevent backflow in pipelines, stop siphoning of pumps, and prevent pump impeller rotation caused by backward media flow. These valves operate automatically based on the pressure from one direction. When forward flow occurs, the disc opens; when backflow happens, the valve closes to stop the flow.
The swing check valves (H44 series) feature a disc that swings out of the flow during forward movement and swings back to its seat to block reverse flow. The fully lined wafer swing check valve (H74 series) is constructed in two parts with only one moving component, making it ideal for use in fully lined piping systems in corrosive environments. It can be installed horizontally or vertically with upward flow.
The ball check valve (H40 series) does not have a spring, so it is typically used in vertical lines with upward flow. The solid PTFE ball inside the valve ensures it rolls into the seat due to gravity. Its continuous rotation provides a self-cleaning effect and resistance against solid particles.
These valves are capable of withstanding highly corrosive media, including molten alkali metals and fluorine elements. They are widely used in industries such as chlor-alkali, organic chemicals, metal and mining, nitrogen and phosphatic fertilizers, petroleum refining, and pharmaceuticals.
