**Product Description**
Youfumi lined check valves are designed to allow forward fluid flow while minimizing reverse flow. They prevent backflow in pipelines, stop siphoning of pumps, and prevent pump impeller rotation in the opposite direction due to backward media flow. These valves operate automatically, opening under forward pressure and closing when backflow occurs.
The Youfumi swing check valve model H44 features a disc that swings out of the flow path during forward flow and returns to its seat to block reverse flow. The fully lined wafer swing check valve H74 is constructed in two pieces with only one moving part, making it ideal for corrosion-resistant applications in lined piping systems. It can be installed horizontally or vertically with upward flow.
The Youfumi ball check valve H40 does not use a spring for closing, so it is best suited for vertical lines with upward flow. The solid PTFE ball inside the valve ensures it rolls into the seat due to gravity, offering a self-cleaning effect and resistance to solid particles.
This valve is capable of withstanding highly corrosive media, including molten alkali metals and fluorine elements. It is widely used in industries such as chlor-alkali, organic chemicals, metallurgy, mining, fertilizer production, petroleum refining, and pharmaceuticals.
