The newly developed CCM130 and CCM180 cold chamber die-casting machines from Zhengao Company, part of the Guangzhou Institute of Mechanical Science, have completed assembly, testing, and are now officially delivered to customers. This marks a significant milestone for the institute, as the launch of these two models brings the total number of cold chamber die-casting machines they have developed to four distinct varieties. This expansion has created a comprehensive series of cold room machine products, becoming a key selling point for the company’s die-casting equipment sales.
In recent years, with the rapid growth of China's automotive industry, there has been an increasing demand for high-performance aluminum casting solutions. In response, Zhengao Company has focused on accelerating the development of its cold chamber die-casting machines while maintaining a strong presence in the hot chamber market. The new CCM130 and CCM180 models are small-tonnage machines designed to meet this growing need.
These models come equipped with a patented rapid melting furnace, enhancing efficiency and performance. For the first time, they also incorporate imported special computer systems and PQ valve energy-saving proportional oil circuits, enabling precise digital control and improved operational efficiency. Additionally, critical structural components have been optimized to reduce machine vibration and shock, leading to better stability and overall productivity.
Notably, the CCM130 model fills a gap in the domestic market, as it is one of the few 130-ton cold chamber die-casting machines available in China. This innovation not only strengthens Zhengao's product lineup but also positions the company as a leader in advanced die-casting technology.
